Tempeh is a traditional Indonesisan dish made from fermented soybeans. We call it „Indonesian Gold“, because it’s amazingly healthy and incredibly delicious. You can also fry tempeh perfectly golden-brown. Plain tempeh can be used in many dishes.

Our tip: There are a thousand ways to enjoy tempeh. Smoked tempeh can be diced and fried, yu can strew it on salad, in soup or curry. Plain tempeh can be caramellised and enjoyed as a sweet dish.
Tempeh is healthy: Tempeh is nutritionally valuable, as the mould breaks down the beans proteins, making the tempeh especially agreeable. Tempeh has very high levels of protein and fibre and is perfct food, not just for athletes.
